Eper Apps Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") provides an email verification service. By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. The service allows you to:

  • Verify email addresses by uploading lists or entering emails manually.
  • Purchase credits to perform verification batches.
  • Track verification progress and download results.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all email addresses you submit for verification are lawfully obtained and for using the results provided by the service in compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, etc.).

3. User Accounts

  • Account Creation: You must create an account to access our service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized access or use of your account.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or if your actions harm the service or other users.

4. Payments and Credits

  • Purchasing Credits: Our service operates on a credit system. You can purchase credits through Stripe for email verifications.
  • Refunds: All purchases of credits are final. We do not offer refunds, except where required by law.
  • Usage Limits: Your use of the service is limited by the number of credits you have purchased. Once you run out of credits, you must purchase additional credits to continue using the service.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

  • Email Data: We store email addresses you submit for verification temporarily during the processing of verification batches. After processing, the email data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.
  • User Data: We collect and store personal information such as your email address and IP address. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available through the service, including but not limited to text, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Eper Apps Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written consent from us.

7. Prohibited Activities

By using the service, you agree not to:

  • Use the service to send unsolicited emails (spam) or violate anti-spam laws.
  • Submit email lists that you do not have the right to use.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or performance of the service.
  • Misuse the service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • No Warranty: Our service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy or completeness of verification results.
  • Liability Limitations: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Service Availability

We strive to ensure that the service is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan, Canada.
